Forte CRM Ltd grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the Software subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this License Agreement. You are not permitted to use the Software in any manner not expressly authorized by this License. You acknowledge and agree that ownership of the Software and all subsequent copies thereof regardless of the form or media are held by Forte CRM Ltd.

By Installing this software you agree to the following licence agreement:

The software may not, in whole or in part (including supplied database files) be copied, reproduced, translated, reverse engineered, modified or dissassembled without prior consent, in writing, from Forte CRM Ltd. The exception is that database backups may be taken for the sole purpose of disaster recovery.

By installing this software you confirm that the software and/or any licence keys have been obtained from a Forte CRM Ltd authorised source. If you are in any doubt as to the legitimacy of this software please contact Forte CRM Software ltd immediately at pro@fortecrm.net.

The user of Forte versions other than Forte Solo shall be entitled to use the product for his or her own use, but shall not be entitled to sell or transfer reproductions in whole or in part of the software or documentation to other parties in any way, nor to rent or lease the product to other parties without prior consent, in writing from Forte CRM Ltd.

The Forte Solo installation file may be freely distributed on the condition that it is not sold. This includes, but is not limited to, CD/DVDs on magazine covers and shareware and freeware websites.

There is no official support available for Forte Solo. Email support is available for Forte Professional, Forte Enterprise and Forte Hosted. Email support is limited to five events per year per user. Forte CRM Ltd may at its discretion increase this on a case by case basis.

Where Forte is purchased, the purchase price covers updates/upgrades and support for one year after purchase. After one year the software will continue to function indefinatly (the software is NOT 'time-locked'), but the user is not entitled to updates/upgrades and support unless the licence is renewed.

Under no circumstances will Forte CRM Ltd be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or exemplary damages or other economic or physical loss arising from the use of this software. Under no circumstances will liability exceed the purchase price of the software. This licence is governed under the laws of New Zealand. If you don't know where that is, look it up in an atlas.

Although distribution media is thoroughly checked for viruses before shipping, it is the users responsibility to perform regular virus checks on their computer systems and to keep their virus protection utility updated. Forte CRM Ltd does not accept any responsibility for damage caused by viruses.
